3 more reasons why I continue to be a caffeine addict:

1. Fat utilization for energy during moderate intensity exercise is increased after caffeine intake

2. Caffeine increases the recruitment of motor units by stimulating the central nervous system 

3. Caffeines direct effect on skeletal muscle homeostasis. Caffeine decreases the accumulation of potassium in the body and potassium increase has shown a relation to fatigue
