consuming calories & you had no idea!?

Trying to cut weight and it just isn't going how you anticipated?

You may be consuming calories in ways you didn't even realize so here are a few tips of mine to keep you on track!

1. Watch your Coffee! Cut calories in your morning cup of coffee by skipping the cream and sugar. Try drinking it black, get milk substitute, or cut your portion of each in half. 

2. Eat Slowly! All of our parents told us this but seriously, BREATHE while you eat. Take time between your bites to keep from overeating. When you eat more slowly, you allow your mind to recognize when your body is full and stop before you over-eat. 

3. Hydrate! Are you really hungry, or just thirsty?
