 HELP! What are the best exercises for fast results? Think full body. Think strength. Think movement.  Combine that with some high intensity interval training & you've got yourself a solid recipe for success. A few exercise ideas to get you going: 1. Squat Press 2. Burpee 3. Deadlift  Create a mini-circuit with these three (back to back) or do 3 sets of 12 per exercise and feel the burn
