2. Banded Climbers 3. Banded jacks w/ punches 4. Lateral band lunges 5. Banded kickbacks 

For all exercises hit 3 sets of 12 reps except for banded jacks. Get yourself to 6 sets of 20 reps!

* Don't forget to show both sides some love with mountain climbers and lateral lunges
